Quotes and confirmation

Package prices are starting estimates in USD for the stated party size and inclusions. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle, room, boat or activity. Your booking is confirmed after the team agrees availability, the itinerary, total price and payment requirements with you in writing.

What your package covers

Only the services listed in the confirmed itinerary are included. Share flight times, pickup details, room preferences and children’s ages before confirmation. Single rooms, extra beds, seasonal supplements and optional activities are quoted separately.

Changes during travel

Weather, traffic, ceremonies and supplier availability may affect the route. Any proposed substitution and related price adjustment will be discussed with you. Tell the team promptly if your flight or travel plans change.

Cancellation

Request the cancellation deadline and refundable amount before payment. The written conditions for your confirmed booking apply to its hotel, transport and activity reservations.
